How do I dispute an item on my credit report in Ontario?
Status: approved by the founder; not yet checked by a lawyer.
Write to the bureau that shows the item. Say what is wrong and why, and send proof. In Ontario the law gives the bureau no set number of days to answer. It must act in a reasonable time.
