We read your report to help you. We keep as little as we can, and we lock what we keep.

We read the PDF in memory. We do not keep the file.
We take your identity out
We remove your name and numbers before anyone looks at the rest.
What you save is sealed
Your saved reports are sealed with a secret key.
You decide when it goes
Delete a report, or your whole account, at any time.
What we never hold
- Your SIN
- Your card number
- Your bank login
- The PDF of your report
What we hold
- Your email address, to sign you in
- Your province and language, to pick the right rules
- The reports you choose to save, sealed
- Your plan status. Stripe keeps your card.
- Your access request, if you sent one
When you delete your account, we delete your saved reports right away. We keep your email address for 30 days so you can undo it.
